Designers at Launch Scout are talented creatives and hands-on coders. Designers play a significant role in creating the look and feel of our clients' web apps. They make things easy to use while keeping productivity in mind. Designers work closely with our clients and our developers, collaborating on code.
Designers are involved in the big picture planning of client projects. Launch Scout designers have the power to push for new ideas and help clients understand the value of the work we're delivering. They're given great autonomy. Our designers work on small teams, typically with two developers and the client.
We are currently open to remote candidates applying from anywhere in the US who are authorized to work in the US. We're remote first, and we have an awesome new office in Cincinnati that's available for in-person work. We may request travel to Cincinnati from time to time for team-building and project needs.
We may not be able to respond individually to every inquiry. If you seem like a good fit and we're trying to fill a position, we'll set up a first meeting. We'll dig into the technical details of your work. Be prepared to talk about your past work experiences. We'll ask you to do a short exercise demonstrating your skills.
